OUR ORGANIZATION
Group Overview
Activities and Competences
STOK Group is a Nordic group operating within
packaging solutions, with activities, production
facilities, and sales across Denmark, Norway,
Iceland, Greenland, and Germany. The Group
has been built through a combination of organic
growth and several strategic acquisitions and
today comprises several specialized companies
that together cover a broad range of packaging
products and related solutions.
STOK Group’s activities include trading, design,
and production of packaging and packaging
solutions. The Group draws on an extensive
supplier network and operates a limited
number of production units, several warehouses,
and sales of昀椀ces, supporting delivery reliability,
technical advisory services, and close
collaboration with customers. The organization
is built around professional competences within
packaging, logistics, quality, and advisory
services.
Organizational Structure
The organization combines local presence with
an increasing degree of shared group structure.
Individual companies operate close to
customers and markets, while central functions
and strategic initiatives are gradually anchored
at group level. This structure supports 昀氀exibility
in daily operations as well as a more consistent
approach to quality, compliance, IT, ESG, and
governance across the Group.
Ownership and Development
The organization is undergoing continuous
development as STOK has transitioned from a
family‑owned business to a private
equity‑owned group. This development has
increased the focus on professionalization,
shared structures, and group‑wide processes,
while maintaining local engagement and close
customer dialogue. This VSME report represents
a concrete step in the work to structure and
further develop the Group’s ESG efforts.

Future Focus
As the Group continues to develop, increased
focus is placed on collaboration and knowledge
sharing across countries and functions. The
objective is to establish scalable work昀氀ows and
ensure that new companies are integrated into
a single organization with shared standards,
values, culture, and direction.
