COMPANY CAR POLICY
In 2025, STOK Group established a new company car policy for the Danish entities, with a focus
on limiting the environmental impact from the Group’s transport activities. The policy supports a
gradual transition towards more energy ef昀椀cient and low emission vehicles and forms part of the
Group’s overall climate efforts.
Electric and plug in based solutions are prioritised within the permitted vehicle categories. New
company cars are generally leased over a multi year period, and employees are offered the option
of installing a charging station at their private residence, supporting the everyday use of electric
vehicles.
The day to day use of company cars is governed by a supplementary vehicle policy, which is made
available internally to employees. Overall, the company car policy supports the Group’s efforts to
manage CO₂ emissions from transport and constitutes a concrete operational measure within the
Group’s climate‑related work.
Environmental Assesment
Taken together, the initiatives implemented during the reporting period have strengthened STOK
Group’s approach to managing environmental and climate impacts. The combined effect of the
company car policy, product‑related initiatives and activities supporting the green transition has
resulted in a more structured and coordinated focus on environmental and climate considerations
across the Group.
As an outcome of these actions, STOK Group has improved its internal overview of environmental
and climate impacts and established a stronger foundation for governance, follow‑up and future
prioritisation of initiatives. While the initiatives in 2025 primarily serve to establish a baseline
rather than deliver quanti昀椀ed reductions, they represent an important step in maturing the Group’s
environmental and climate work.
