ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATIONS
ISO 14001
FSSC 22000
As part of STOK Group’s buy‑and‑build strategy,
focus has been placed on gradually strengthening
and harmonizing the approach to environmental
management across the Group following
acquisitions in 2025. In this context, BEWI
Norway was ISO 14001 certi昀椀ed as part of its
operations prior to the acquisition, while SLF in
Denmark achieved ISO 14001 certi昀椀cation after
the acquisition.
STOK Emballage has been certi昀椀ed in accordance
with the FSSC 22000 standard since 2022. In
2025 the packaging facility in Vejle also achieved
certi昀椀cation under the same standard. During the
year, the certi昀椀ed locations completed external
audits with satisfactory results, documenting a
well‑functioning and robust quality management
system across all sites.
SLF was previously covered by an umbrella
certi昀椀cation but has, following the acquisition,
established and achieved its own ISO 14001
certi昀椀cation, for which the company itself acts as
the responsible owner and operator. This
represents a strengthened and more independent
approach to environmental management
compared to the previous setup.
ISO 14001 certi昀椀cation supports a systematic
approach to identifying, managing, and
continuously improving environmental impacts
from operations and contributes to ensuring
compliance with applicable environmental
legislation. The certi昀椀cations of BEWI Norway
and SLF in Denmark form part of STOK Group’s
overall ESG baseline and provide valuable
experience and structures that can be applied in
the further development of shared standards and
practices across the Group. ISO 14001 is therefore
regarded as an important element in the gradual
strengthening of the Group’s environmental work
as these new companies are integrated.
The certi昀椀cations support a high level of food
safety and provide customers with increased
assurance when purchasing food contact
materials from STOK. The warehouse at
H. Clausen in Norway has been certi昀椀ed since
2024. At the end of 2025, it was decided that the
warehouse in Oslo will no longer be covered by
the certi昀椀cation at this point in time, based on a
management assessment of the current
operational setup.

In 2025, STOK DK’s procurement
practices were anchored in the
FSSC 22000 certi昀椀cation, where Code
of Conduct requirements form a cen‑
tral element when onboarding new
food contact material suppliers (FCM).
The same applies in relation to FSC®
certi昀椀cations, where suppliers are also
required to sign the Code of Conduct.
Requirements from both standards
have been re昀氀ected in the Code of
Conduct to help ensure that suppliers
meet the applicable expectations
