Social actions in 2025
The social section presents STOK Group’s baseline
within selected workforce‑related topics considered
relevant from a social and operational risk
perspective. The disclosures cover areas such as
workforce composition, health and safety, labour
conditions, remuneration, collective bargaining and
training.
The data has been collected from individual entities
and assessed and consolidated at Group level and
relates to the Group’s own operations. Taken
together, this work provides STOK Group with a
consolidated overview of existing social practices
and workforce‑related topics across the organisation
and establishes a clearer baseline for understanding
social risks and responsibilities.
The indicators therefore provide a structured basis
for transparency, governance and follow‑up within
STOK Group’s social‑related work and support future
prioritisation and development of social initiatives,
rather than representing the implementation of new
Group‑wide programmes during the
reporting year.
