organization is essential for long‑term growth and resilience.
Putting people 昀椀rst is not only part of the company culture, but
also a strategic necessity.
ESG as Strengthened Governance and Future
Competitiveness
With A&M Capital as new owners, ESG has become part of
board‑level discussions and oversight. This has increased the
focus on transparency, governance, and execution. ESG is now
addressed more systematically within the strategic
decision‑making framework, and the Group is working to
further develop processes intended to support reporting, risk
management, and value creation across the organization.
Forward Looking Ambition
STOK Group works to reduce overall packaging consumption
Today, STOK Group is in a stronger position than ever. With
A&M Capital joining as new owners in 2024, the Group has
added further capacity, strategic focus, and 昀椀nancial strength.
This provides a solid foundation for pursuing the ambition to
become a leading Nordic packaging company, with the goal of
being recognized for business discipline, integrity, and
responsibility.
Rooted in Values – Driven by People
Many of the principles commonly associated with ESG have
long been part of STOK Group’s culture. The business has

is created and sustained by its people every day. Without its

costumers to address air in packaging, for example by
avoiding under昀椀lled boxes in e-commerce.
With A&M Capital as new owners, STOK Group has been
provided with additional resources and a strategic direction
to support accelerated growth ambitions. Going forward the
Group will pursue a focused buy‑and‑build strategy aimed at
consolidating and strengthening companies that can expand
their position as a leading Nordic business in the packaging
industry.

describe it.
Integrity, and the principle that, a deal is a deal, has formed
the foundation of the Group since its inception. This is not a
new priority, but a continuation of what has always
characterised the company.
Leading STOK Group means setting direction, providing
inspiration, and having con昀椀dence in the organization’s shared
ability to evolve. This approach also applies to ESG. The
company prioritizes a healthy, stable, and developmental
