Respect for Human Rights
Anti-Corruption and Bribery
STOK Group is committed to respecting
internationally recognised human rights in its
own operations. The Group’s approach is based
on the UN Universal Declaration of Human
Rights, the ILO Core Conventions and the
OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
The commitment applies across STOK Group
and serves as a common reference for
responsible conduct, fair working conditions,
non‑discrimination and respect for
fundamental rights. Human rights
considerations are considered as part of daily
operations and management practices.
Business conduct, including corruption and
bribery, is assessed as a relevant governance
topic in STOK Group’s risk matrix and is
addressed through compliance‑related
governance structures and management
oversight.
STOK Group considers human rights also in a
value chain context. The Group’s risk matrix
includes severe human rights violations as a
relevant risk perspective, re昀氀ecting the Group’s
international supplier base and stakeholder
expectations regarding responsible business
conduct in the value chain.
At Group level, expectations and requirements
related to responsible business conduct are
currently addressed through supplier dialogue
and existing governance structures. As part
of the continued development of governance
frameworks, STOK Group is working towards
the implementation of a uni昀椀ed Group Code
of Conduct in 2026, which is expected to
strengthen and harmonise expectations related
to responsible business conduct, including
human rights considerations, across entities
and the value chain.
No speci昀椀c incidents related to human rights
violations have been identi昀椀ed during the
reporting period. Looking ahead, the Group
expects to further develop Group‑level
governance structures and policies in 2026 to
support a consistent approach to responsible
business conduct across entities.

At present, policies related to business
conduct, including anti‑corruption and bribery,
are primarily established at local site level. As
part of the ongoing development of
Group‑level governance frameworks, STOK
Group is working towards the implementation
of a uni昀椀ed Group policy framework and
updated Codes of Conduct.
The planned Group‑level policies are intended
to apply across all entities within STOK Group
and are intended to de昀椀ne the scope and key
principles for responsible business conduct,
including ethical behaviour, compliance with
applicable legislation, respect for human rights
and fair working conditions. The policies are
intended to support consistent guidance for
behaviour and decision‑making across the
Group, while allowing for necessary local
adaptation.
No con昀椀rmed convictions or 昀椀nes related to
corruption and bribery were identi昀椀ed during
the reporting period, and this outcome is
reviewed as part of management oversight.
Looking ahead, the development and
implementation of the Group policy
framework and updated Codes of Conduct in
2026 is expected to support a more consistent
and structured approach to business conduct
and compliance across STOK Group.
