ABOUT THIS REPORT
This report provides an overview of STOK
Group’s activities, results and strategic priorities
related to ESG. It presents the company’s
approach to environmental, social, and
governance (ESG) aspects, as well as the
initiatives and objectives intended to support
long‑term value creation.
The report is based on data and analyses from
the 2025 昀椀nancial year, January 1st. 2025 to
December 31st. 2025, and is inspired by EFRAG’s
voluntary sustainability reporting standard for
small and medium‑sized enterprises (the VSME
Standard). The report follows the Basic Module,
with selected elements from the Extended
Module, and represents STOK Group’s 昀椀rst
consolidated ESG report. This report serves as
STOK Group’s statutory statement on corporate
social responsibility in accordance with section
99a of the Danish Financial Statements Act.
Going forward, the company intends to report
annually on its ESG‑related activities and
initiatives. Data included in this report for the
2025 昀椀nancial year therefore represents the base
year and strategic point of departure for targets
and key performance indicators in future reports.
The purpose of the report is to inform
stakeholders, including customers, business
partners, employees, and investors, about the
company’s engagement and ongoing development
related to ESG and responsible business practices.
The company aims to provide relevant, reliable,
and understandable information and to be
transparent about both results and the underlying
data, including areas where continuous
improvement efforts are ongoing.
