GROUP POLICY
FRAMEWORK AT STOK GROUP
Approach to Policies
At present, policies within STOK Group are
primarily established at local site level.
Ongoing efforts are focused on the
development of group‑level policies within
selected key business areas, in order to support
greater consistency across the Group.
The objective is to develop an overarching ESG
policy framework for STOK Group in 2026. This
framework is intended to cover ESG broadly
across the most material topics and risks and to
consist of an overarching ESG and
Sustainability policy supported by sub‑policies
within areas such as environment, labour and
human rights, ethics and integrity, and
sustainable procurement. In addition, a new
Supplier Code of Conduct and a Code of
Conduct for employees are planned to be
prepared and implemented at Group level in
2026.
Cross‑group policies relating to IT and IT
security are, and will continue to be, a focus
area, based on the assessment of risk exposure
and the identi昀椀ed bene昀椀ts of greater alignment
across the Group. An example of this is the AI
policy that was developed in 2025.

AI Policy
In 2025, STOK Emballage developed and
implemented a policy governing the use of
generative arti昀椀cial intelligence (AI). The policy
establishes a framework for how AI tools may
be used within the organisation and focuses on
information security, con昀椀dentiality, and
appropriate handling of company data.
The policy sets out requirements for
employees’ use of AI tools and speci昀椀es that
the company‑approved and licensed version of
Microsoft Copilot may be used for daily work
tasks, provided that con昀椀dential or sensitive
information is not shared. Use of other
generative AI tools requires prior written
approval from the company’s Chief Information
Of昀椀cer (CIO).
The AI policy was developed based on the
activities and organisational setup of STOK
Emballage and currently applies exclusively to
this legal entity. Based on experience gained
from implementation in 2025, the policy is
planned to be further developed and
considered for implementation in other
companies within STOK Group in 2026, as part
of a more coordinated approach to the use of AI
at Group level.
