ESG ROADMAP
Based on 2025 as a baseline, STOK Group
established a multi year ESG roadmap at the
beginning of 2026 and set up an ESG
steering committee across the Group. The
steering committee is led by the Group ESG
Lead and includes members of executive Group
management as well as all country managing
directors across the Group. This structure
ensures continuous focus on project progress
and supports the gradual and structured
development of the Group’s ESG efforts. The
roadmap consolidates existing initiatives,
upcoming regulatory requirements, and
business expectations into a single framework
and serves as a management tool for
prioritisation, progress tracking, and allocation
of resources.
At the same time, efforts are underway to
integrate ESG requirements and data more
directly into business processes, systems, and
dialogue with customers and suppliers.
Over the longer term, STOK Group prioritises
more active use of ESG work as a strategic and
value creating element, both for the Group and
for its customers. This includes, among other
things, development of reduction and transition
initiatives within the climate area, further
development of supplier management and
audits, and ongoing competence development
within the organisation.
The roadmap also points towards a gradual
strengthening of external assessments and
certi昀椀cations, including EcoVadis, as part of the
Group’s overall maturity.
In the initial phase, the focus is on
establishing a common foundation for ESG
work across the Group. This includes, among
other things, preparation of the Group’s 昀椀rst
ESG report in accordance with the VSME
framework, establishment of governance
structures, development of key policies, and the
build up of a more consistent data
foundation for environmental, social, and
governance matters. Climate accounting for
Scope 1, 2 and 3, also constitutes a central part
of this foundation.

PROJECTS
In the coming years, the roadmap will support
a more advanced phase of ESG work, where
data coverage, quality, and application are
further developed. The focus will include,
among other areas, expanded climate
accounting (Scope 1, 2, and 3) with particular
emphasis on continuous improvement of data
quality and underlying data, as well as product
related data such as CO₂ footprint information.
Implementation of new regulatory
requirements, including EUDR and
PPWR, will also be
addressed.
ESG targets and the roadmap will be
continuously adjusted and updated in line with
changes in legislation, customer requirements,
and the Group’s development. The roadmap
should therefore be viewed as a dynamic
management tool that supports STOK Group’s
ambition to combine compliance,
transparency, and business value creation
within its ESG efforts.
