LOOKING AHEAD
The year 2025 marks an important starting point for STOK Group’s work with ESG. With the
preparation of the Group’s 昀椀rst ESG report in accordance with the VSME framework, a shared baseline
has been established. This baseline provides an overview of existing initiatives, data foundations, and
maturity levels across the Group. The report therefore functions as a management tool and a point of
departure for the further development of ESG work.
In the coming years, STOK Group will work in a targeted manner to further develop structures,
processes, and governance within the ESG area. The focus will be on developing and implementing
shared policies, improving data quality, and ensuring a more consistent approach across companies,
while continuing to respect local strengths and business models. This development takes place in close
connection with the Group’s buy and build strategy and the ongoing onboarding of new companies.
ESG work within STOK Group will continue to be based on both compliance and business value creation.
Regulation, customer requirements, and expectations from business partners will be continuously
integrated into the Group’s approach, including within areas such as climate, the value chain,
documentation, and governance. The gradual build up of shared structures and tools is intended to
support a more robust and future ready organisation.
“
This 2025 reporting marks our starting point, our baseline.
From here, data will become more precise, more mature,
and stronger year by year.
